Return Policies

Orders are placed and received exclusively via the website. Before ordering from us, it is your responsibility to check and determine the full ability to receive the Physical or Digital Products. The correct name of the recipient, delivery address and postal code/zip code, up-to-date telephone number, and email address are absolutely necessary to ensure successful delivery of our Physical and Digital Products.

All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in precisely and accurately. Team Fuego will not be responsible for missed delivery because of a wrong or misspelled recipient name or surname, delivery address, or an inappropriate phone number.

We utilize drop shipping services. We do not offer returns unless a Physical Product is damaged. We do not exchange sizes, colors, designs, etc. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the Physical Product has been received and explain the issue and send picture of the product on our website via contact us by email. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date that is sent to the customer through their email. All Digital Products are final sale and non-refundable. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
